design and develop electronics and embedded software.

SKILLS

Our client wishes to recruit a versatile design engineer who is equally at home designing electronic hardware and the embedded software to drive it. All programming is in C and assembler and a good knowledge of these is essential.
Processors used include 80X86, 8051, and 32 bit DSP's.

You should have some knowledge of the low level processor to hardware interface. Experience of digital circuit design is required, ideally with an appreciation of analogue design and computer system communications. A basic knowledge of PCs and their operating systems is needed.

ADDITIONAL

Occasional travel is required.
