Is a small and specialised company manufacturing test equipment, particularly for the Automotive Industry and Seismic Institutions.
The equipment comprises DSP controlled servo-hydraulic actuators of high force and precision for development, tuning and endurance testing of customers' specimens. These specimens vary from race car suspensions (F1, Rally, endurance race cars), through production run testers, and at the high end, to full earthquake simulation for critical plant and suspension bridge scaled models.
The Role
The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to work on real-time control software designed in C# and the .Net framework.
The full design-to-acceptance cycle is encompassed. A rapid grasp of the end-user’s requirements is essential.
The Team
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team of software developers within the Systems Engineering Group. The team is well qualified and works closely with the Electronic Hardware development and the Control System Engineers.
