End of year - New Job?
It is that time of year when people get to thinking about their future careers (although some are just thinking about the company xmas party) and so we start to see an increase in job applications just as we run out of time to send out CV's and to arrange interviews.
Companies also want to get recruitment moving so they can get their new employees in place ready to start in the New Year (This rarely happens as planned).
What this means is a very busy time for us just as we are looking forward to running down for our end of the year which means working right up to Christmas Eve and on most years coming in or working at home to arrange those last minute details.
Do we mind of course not.
